Common Questions
Our plans depend on your property’s size and are priced based on the time needed and the number of shots taken for the tour. If you know your property’s size, let us know, and we will suggest the right plan. If you’re unsure, we’ll use an estimate and later charge you based on the actual size from the scan.
After booking a timeslot and payment, we meet at your property. We expect the property to be cleaned and ready for the scan. We tour the property together and we then initiate our scanning which could take from 1-2 hours.
After completing the scan, we process the shots and create your virtual tour, digital twin of your property, and Dollhouse 3D model. Finally we setup an account for you on Matterport, and send you all the assets with information on how to use them.
Three to five business days after the scan is conducted at your property.
After the scan and virtual tour are ready, we will provide you all the assets and links to easily access and utilize in your website.
If you cancel a virtual tour before we scan your property, we will give you a full refund. However, we do not offer refunds once the scan is complete.
